Book an appointment

 Although customers are welcome to turn up without prior arrangement, priority is given to those who have booked an appointment in advance.

The system is well worth utilising, particularly if you’re coming from a distance but you do need a mobile phone  as a text message will be sent to you to confirm the booking.  Using it also gives Si the chance to contact you before your visit to the shop if he feels it might be helpful to obtain more information about your needs.  If you can’t keep your appointment, don’t worry.  Just give the shop a ring to let Si know and he can allocate the time to another customer (or take the dog a walk!!!).

If you don’t want to book using the online system or haven’t got a mobile phone, then give Si a ring and he’ll book you an appointment over the phone to suit you.
