Booking an appointment

PLEASE NOTE: We are away on a trip from September the 17th until the 6th of October and are fully booked for some time after that.  However, when we return we are moving to half an hour (30 minute) appointments to bring down the backlog – it’s usually no problem to solve most fitting issues in this time as we’re well practised at it!  But just to reassure customers, anyone who has booked while we were still offering hour long slots will be allocated that time even after the change to half hour appointments.

Footwear fittings continue by appointment only and we’re still requesting you wear a mask if possible despite the relaxation of some Covid restrictions.

If you feel you have complex needs that couldn’t be resolved in a 30 minute slot then you’re welcome where possible to book two adjoining appointments to make an hour long appointment.  However, most straightforward fittings should be feasible within half an hour.

Please bear in mind that for the foreseeable future we are likely to be busy due to high demand for our services.  We’d ask for your patience and understanding during this time – the flood gates are being released through all walks of life in the UK and things will take a while to settle down.  Additionally, supply of quality goods from Europe and indeed worldwide has been seriously affected by the Covid crisis and Brexit teething issues which means most retailers are struggling somewhat for stock.

If you’re merely needing sundry items such as laces, footwear care products, footbeds etc then there’s no need to book an appointment but it’s worth getting in touch first to make sure we have what you need and are open.
